This 22,500 square foot retail center in a growing town blends materials, colors and patterns in a playful façade. The long façade has a variety of identities for the building’s tenants, and the length of the elevation is broken up by gentle steps in and out and changes in material. The elevation is then unified by a variety of awning shapes in a common deep blue color.
