Galyan’s World Headquarters is a two story 100,000 square foot office building for a forward thinking sporting goods retail firm. The main entrance is defined by two story curtain wall flanked by large stone piers and a barrel vault roof which aesthectically ties in to the Galyan’s retail store image. The rugged aesthetic of sport and the outdoors is carried into the building in the materials of steel, wood and stone. A dynamic interior color scheme echoes the bold colors of competition among sports teams, balancing a playful and productive work environment.
